- That's what I thought. It's the same for everyone. I had a breakthrough today. I will let you know later in August, If I have a book to write about this. You tell the truth, don't you? It's the same for me...I tell the truth, too. Down the side of this page is all those cute things...Couldn't my book appear there?
I don't know how to do it. I could also do it on your laugh website, too, couldn't I?
Do you know anyone who wants to sell AVON? I am training AVON reps in San Diego. This is a fabulous business opportunity. I had to be one so I could train them so I give all the money to Susan Koman. How about it? do you know any people?

- Hi Judy, heh your doing great on here. And answer to getting your book on I think on the chat today the time slots are full if that was what you were asking about, you'ed have to ask Maureen about that.
On your questions about dieting, I have been there and done that, 5# 10# and I really can't tell you excpet to many times our minds and lives get ot busy to keep this a top priority and to stay focused on the task, sometimes I just get tired of the battle. I've been to jenny Craig and managed to loose 34# in 1 years time and maintained for 2 years then slowly I started gaining, its mindset I think that it has to do with. My lifestyles changed I remarried and our lives did not the same kind of activities as previous so life also plays a part as well. I have been dieting on and off for 20+ years. So I think I need hypnotics, I have even done that too, worked for a while. I have used diet pills taken shots, tried weight watchers, online diet programs, my diet and I went to Jenny Craig, which was the most effective. Plus at that time I had a trainer who invited me to train to build his clientel and I was very active, I had my Nail salon and Nail School to run and had lots of encouragment from everyone that worked there and all our clients. So motivation really helps too. Hope I didnt bore you with that answer. So, have a great day and keep up the good work, Karren
