Each Friday our own Judy McKee presents a 20 – 30 minute webinar training session. Judy and her daughter, Sally, are owners of McKee Consulting LLC, a company that trains call centers of all kinds.

This morning’s webinar was “All About the Money – Price or Priceless”. Judy gave many great tips and ideas on what to say….and what not to say in order to close a sale. Judy’s outgoing, friendly (and a bit crazy) personality and vast knowledge make these webinars a “Must Listen To” for anyone who is in the selling business or plans to be soon.
